Members can obtain new wages sheets and wage information sheets from the members-only area of our website.
The Fair Work Commission's decision on the National Minimum Wage and modern award wages is effective from the first full pay period starting on or after Friday 1 July.
As advised in our previous news item about the decision, the National Minimum Wage has increased to $21.38 per hour and the minimum award wage has increased by 4.6 per cent (or $40 per week if the wage is $869.60 or less).
This award increase is applicable to all employees including adult apprentices and any employee currently on an approved traineeship.
If you are a member, you may obtain the new wages sheets and wages information sheets by logging into the members-only area, selecting 'Employment and Industrial Relations' under Members' Resources (on the left-hand side of the page), then scrolling down to see 'Employment information and wage sheets'.
