The new payment laws for construction contracts in WA will come into effect on 1 August 2022.
If you are involved in building and construction work as a contractor at any level, you need to understand the significant changes that are coming.
The new laws will apply to construction contracts entered into on or after 1 August 2022, with supporting regulations being introduced in three stages.
